Dharmesh Choudhary is experience of 6 years as an interior contractor and Construction Project manager. He is oversees every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project. He is also responsible for the following tasks:
- Estimate and negotiate project costs
- Formulate budget
- Create schedule and work timetables
- Determine which methods and strategies are appropriate for the project
- Communicate with clients re. budget, progress, etc.
- Lead or interface with workers, teams and other construction professions on technical and contract details
- Work with building, construction and regulatory specialists

Dharmesh Choudhary is experience of 6 years as an interior contractor and Construction Project manager.
Ramji Patel
He is holding Executive Director Position in Dbuild and has 25 years of experience in Smart Automation including all Hi-end Audio-Video solutions. He is also THX- certified consultant. He is overseeing all operations, functions activities and Responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high work quality. He is also build an effective team player by providing guidance and coaching to complete the project on time. In this role, He is face of our company, working closely with the Board of Directors, government officials and the public. He is ensure that our work are aligned with the company’s mission and vision, that we are working together to successfully achieve strategic objectives.

B. R. Choudhary
B. R. Choudhary is the Managing Director of the Company. He has over 15 years of experience in Interior contracting and construction development. His construction industry experience encompassing project management, business analysis, corporate strategy, business planning, resource management, operations management and team management. He is a proficient in multi skills which includes Program Management, ERP implementation, Top Management Interaction & Negotiation, Creating & Enhancing Processes, Evaluation & Merit Rating of Business Processes and also has a great ability to manage multiple tasks, projects & assignments simultaneously. He is competent to work efficiently as a team with excellent credibility & personal integrity which leaves a lasting impression with corporate decision makers, motivates employees and generates loyalty. He is currently responsible for the overall management of the Company.
